NHS skills diagnostic
Developed for a number of PCT’s, this diagnostic tool allows NHS employees in a number of different job roles to assess their skills in the area of diabetes care.
The system is built around the highly successful MyKnowledgeMap SGA (Skill Gap Analysis) system. Providing a complex skills and competency framework in a clear and concise manner, this system has proven to be continually effective with users at all levels.
Focusing primarily on user interface design, system flow and user experience I combined re-written ASP code with updated graphics and styling to provide a more intuitive system for the most recent installs.
